    Love the photos I made a few of the simpler recipes from this book, and they were yummy But in general, the author uses a lot of ingredients I don t keep in my pantry And there are a lot of very details recipes that I would never attempt to make I really like things simple and quick Maybe I m not ready to go vegan and that s why this book didn t appeal to me.

    I really like this one I have to say, I have yet to make any of the recipes but have a ton marked to make I got this book from the library My usual routine with a cookbook is to check it out from the library, peruse through it to see if I am interested in I m a picture person with a cookbook so I really like to see pics of the food and this book does not disappoint there I look at the recipes quickly and the ingredients used If I m still interested, I sit down and read the thing cover to cover and tag recipes to make If it makes it that far, I usually end up buying it This one is probably on my to buy list now The recipes were so unique and something different, so many great sauce recipes Looking forward to using this one a lot.

    I liked the fusion ideas in this book, but there just weren t a lot of recipes that interested me The pictures available were nice, but I wish that there had been .I m not vegan, so maybe I would have enjoyed the book of I were.

    I realize that I have a taste profile and even with vegan food, I do not like to use oil, so I pulled what I wanted mostly the Asian fusion and I am going to tweak some of these.
