If you think the cover is cute, just wait until you read the book and see all the other adorable creatures Bunny encounters on her quest to find just the perfect spot for a cozy, quiet nap you see, she is very tired from helping to hide Easter eggs Each place she finds has something not quite right about it or her fellow nap mates and her journey takes her right back where she started with an unexpected twist well, unexpected to her I guessed it from the beginning The story is nothing particularly remarkable but it s engaging and the illustrations are just so adorable I love Mortimer s cat books and I m happy she does work just as fine with bunnies, mice, hedgehogs, ducks, etc A nice choice for Easter, especially as children are encouraged to find the egg that is hidden on each page.

Bunny is very tired after hiding all her Easter eggs, but she can t find a good place to sleep She leaves the one egg she didn t hide behind to search for a good napping place., Every place has its faults too noisy, too lumpy, too wet, and so on In defeat, Bunny returns to her basket and finds a new friend. What I thought Loved it I m a sucker for a good Easter book The story is great I like the onomatopoeia and the repetition The illustrations are beautiful I really enjoyed looking for the egg hidden on each page I think children will, too.Story Time Theme Easter

Fun Easter themed book My boys enjoyed finding the hidden eggs throughout the illustrations The repetitive text provides a great learning experience for the younger reader though it did seem a bit long.

Bunny s Easter Egg is a charming story about the Easter Bunny after he s done his work The story is delightful and the bright yet soft illustrations worthy of hanging on a wall.

Love the illustrations This makes a good spring book considering all the creatures Bunny encounters Repetitive, which can start to get on an adult s nerves, but works really well for young kids Especially in a storytime Not as much of an Easter theme as I expected, but then I wasn t looking for Easter as much as I was a bunny theme, so this could still work.
